Project description:
"I’m looking for an Indian iOS engineer who can jump into my existing Swift-based social media app and roll out a round of user-interface enhancements. The core logic, APIs, and backend endpoints are already in place; your focus will be the front-end layer, making screens feel smoother, fresher, and more consistent with our current design language.

Scope
• Analyse the current Swift codebase (UIKit with a few SwiftUI views) and map out affected screens.
• Refactor or extend view controllers, storyboards, and custom components to deliver the new layouts, animations, and micro-interactions I will provide in Figma.
• Wire the updated UI to our existing REST endpoints and model objects—no backend work needed, but your changes must compile cleanly against the current API layer.
• Resolve any UI bugs introduced during the upgrade and keep performance in mind for older devices (iPhone 8 and up).
• Commit code to our private Git repository and document key changes for my review.

Swift 5, UIKit, limited SwiftUI, CocoaPods, REST/JSON, Git (GitHub), Xcode 14.

Acceptance
A build that installs via TestFlight, passes my walkthrough checklist, and shows no new crashes in Firebase.
