"I need a clean, intuitive site that mirrors the artistry of the “Koncertai Burmistrui” classical-music festival here in Lithuania. The overall look should feel classical and artistic—think restrained color palette, beautiful typography, plenty of breathing space—and let high-quality photos do the storytelling rather than heavy graphics or loud visual effects.

Core pages and functions
• Home: hero section featuring a highlighted artist or performance, prominent upcoming-events block, and an easy-to-find call-to-action for masterclass applications.
• About: mission, story, the region’s heritage, and how the festival connects music with landscape and contemporary culture.
• Programs: upcoming and archive listings for concerts, each with date, venue, program notes, and ticket links.
• Artists & Faculty: individual profiles with bios, photos, and media embeds.
• Academy: masterclass overview, faculty list, requirements, and an application form (simple fields + file upload).
• Gallery: curated photo and video grid.
• Contact: map, email form, and social links.
• Global: footer and header social-media integration and GDPR-ready cookie notice.

Tech & workflow notes
• Responsive layout (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• CMS of your choice—WordPress, Webflow, or another intuitive solution—as long as I can update concerts and galleries myself without touching code.
• All copy and images will be supplied; you may use placeholders during build.

1. Design approved through one round of revisions.
2. Site passes Google Lighthouse scores of 85+ for performance and accessibility.
3. All listed pages present and fully functional, including the application form sending data to my email.
