"I’m setting up an interactive giveaway for 500 theatre-goers and need a seamless, end-to-end workflow that turns each seat into a data-collection touchpoint.

Here’s the flow I have in mind:

Each A5 flyer on the seat contains a unique QR code (1 – 500). Scanning it brings the guest to a mobile-friendly landing page where they enter their name, phone, email, and date of birth. As soon as they hit “Submit,” the data must populate a Google Sheet in real time so I can later segment the list for WhatsApp campaigns.

Once the form posts, the visitor sees a quick thank-you page and—most importantly—a witty, clever personalised joke generated through an AI comedy API. The gag should reference the guest’s first name and age bracket to make it feel tailored. That joke is the promised digital gift, so no physical fulfilment is required.

What I need built:

• 500 unique QR codes tied to individual tracking links (we can re use the 500 qr codes after 24hrs)
• A lightweight, branded landing site with the form and a post-submission thank-you screen
• Audience member can not enter different qr codes ,one submission per unique mobile number
• Integration that pipes every submission straight into Google Sheets (name, phone, email, DOB, seat/QR ID, timestamp)
• Connection to an external AI or comedy API that produces the personalised joke on the fly, displayed instantly on the thank-you page
• Future-proof data structure in the Sheet for easy WhatsApp export (opt-in field, tagging, etc.)
• Ongoing maintenance and minor tweaks after launch—happy to discuss a support retainer

Tech stack is flexible; JavaScript, Python, Airtable automations, Apps Script, or Node are all fine so long as the end result is fast, reliable, and easy for a non-technical crew to monitor.
