"I’m launching an online, voice-driven call-center that answers customer inquiries around the clock. The core of the project is a conversational AI that speaks with callers, understands natural language, and resolves questions about account information, product or service details, general FAQs, and even urgent, time-sensitive requests.
Alongside the public-facing site, I need two management layers: a back-end admin panel where I can create call flows, upload or edit knowledge-base content, review recordings, monitor analytics, and adjust the AI’s intents; and a lighter user panel that lets my teammates log in, check live or historical conversations, and manually take over when escalation is required.
Key deliverables
• Responsive website with integrated voice widget (WebRTC / SIP compatible)
• AI voice bot configured for the topics above, with speech-to-text, intent recognition, and text-to-speech
• Full admin dashboard for system configuration, reporting, and role permissions
• Separate user dashboard for agents with live-call whisper/barge-in capability
• Secure database, call logging, basic analytics, and API hooks for CRM or ticketing systems
