"I am building HogHub, a modern-looking mobile app that will alert Fayetteville, AR residents whenever a local business posts a new discount. I already have the logo, an Excel sheet with the first set of offers, a Facebook presence, and a live Stripe account—now I need the complete iOS and Android application.

User experience
• Users land on a clean, sleek interface that lists current discounts pulled from my spreadsheet (and future database entries).
• Push notifications fire the moment a new deal goes live.
• When a user wants to save favorites or submit feedback, they create an account with email and password—no other sign-in methods are required at launch.

Business portal
Local businesses get their own sign-in where they can add or edit discounts. A free tier limits how many deals they can post, while a Stripe-driven premium upgrade unlocks unlimited postings plus the ability to place offers in a Featured Deals carousel for extra visibility.

Admin console
With a separate administrator login, I must be able to:
– Import the initial Excel file and any future CSV/Excel uploads.
– Add, edit, or remove discounts manually.
– Activate, suspend, or delete business accounts.
– Override or spotlight individual offers.
A simple web dashboard or an in-app hidden panel is fine as long as it is secure and intuitive.

Deliverables
1. React Native, Flutter, or comparable cross-platform codebase compiled for both iOS and Android.
2. Business portal connected to Stripe for recurring and one-time payments.
3. Admin interface with CRUD control over discounts and business profiles.
4. Push notification service (Firebase Cloud Messaging or similar) fully wired.
5. Source code, build instructions, and store-ready binaries.

Once everything meets the above criteria, I will handle App Store and Google Play submission fees; I just need the signed builds and documentation.
