"I’m building a living database of investors sourced entirely from publicly available information and I’d like you to set up the backbone of the system for me. The core data I need captured right now is each investor’s investment history and their current or past shareholdings; contact details and other extras can come later, but they are not my first priority.

Microsoft Power Automate is the preferred platform, so the job centres on creating flows that:

• search and collect filings, press releases, portfolio pages and other open-web references
• populate a structured table (SQL, SharePoint, or another store we agree on)
• trigger AI-powered prompts to clean, tag and summarise the records into actionable insights—think frequency of deals, average cheque size, or common co-investors

What I expect from you in the end:

1. The working Power Automate flows and connectors
2. The clean, exportable database with investment history and shareholdings fields fully populated
3. An automated prompt or script that turns the raw entries into a short insight sheet I can filter or download
4. A concise walkthrough so I can maintain or expand the setup myself
