"I am looking to develop a website that introduces freelance professionals to companies that will employ them.

For the freelancer:

- a profile page with a mini-CV and photo
- a repository of professional documents that must be verified by a human administrator
- a geographical radius in which they are happy to work, ideally with the option to draw on a map
- a selection of skills that they have - box buttons
- a way to search and be notified of upcoming jobs and an easy way to book and modify them. The results should be shown as a list with name of company, rate offered, sessions available and distance. It should also be available on a map (like google maps) with dots that can be
- a way to 'instant book' the company
- a way to give feedback to the company
- a link to commonly used online diaries (like google calender, outlook, etc. )


For the employing company:

- a profile page with photos, etc.
- an easy-to-use diary to show available work and rates offered
- a way to search for freelancers that fit their criteria
- an easy, online, way to pay the freelancer and the fee to the company organising the placement.
- a way to give public feedback to the freelancer which is added to their profile

For the agency:

A dashboard that shows:

- a list of freelancers registered
- number of working sessions booked over a day/ week/ month/ year
- top-performing freelancers
- bottom-performing freelancers
- an alert when freelancers have worked >22 weeks in a certain company
- total revenue in a period and projected revenue based on past data

There should be different 'portals' for 3 or 4 different types of professional.
