"I’m stuck with a compilation error that appears the moment I try to build my Flutter app. The project fails during flutter build, so the APK never generates and I can’t move forward with testing. It isn’t a runtime or interface issue—just a build-time blocker.

You’ll have full access to the repository to reproduce the problem locally. I need you to trace the root cause, apply a clean fix, and push the working code back to me.
