"I need an MVP mobile app (Android and iOS) that lets users browse used construction machines and connect with sellers, while giving me room to scale into a full-featured ecommerce platform later.

Core flow
• Public catalogue: anyone can scroll through Excavators, Cranes and Bulldozers with photos and specs.
• Price lock: seeing the price, adding to cart or contacting the seller requires registration.
• Login methods: Email login, Social media login and Phone number login.
• Seller portal: a simple form for owners to submit machine details and images; listings sit in a review queue until I approve or reject them in a lightweight web-based admin panel.
• Buyer actions: “Contact seller” button (opens call or WhatsApp) plus a basic cart / checkout for direct purchases.
• Payments: accept Credit/Debit Card and UPI.
• Subscription tier: buyers can upgrade to unlock a discounted-machines section; stripe-like recurring billing logic is enough for now.
• Notifications: push alerts for price drops, approval status and order updates.

Tech preference
React Native or Flutter is fine—whichever you can deliver fastest and keep maintainable. Firebase or a similar BaaS for authentication and real-time updates is acceptable as long as it supports the three login types and scales moderately.

Deliverables
1. Android APK and iOS TestFlight build of the MVP.
2. Source code with clear README for local setup.
3. Simple admin dashboard (web or in-app) to approve listings and manage subscriptions.
4. Brief hand-off session plus two weeks of bug-fix support.
