3. Functional Requirements
3.1 User & Access Management
The system shall allow role-based access (Admin, Reviewer, Operator).
The system shall implement secure Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication using users' email addresses as their unique identifiers.
Admin interface to manage rights and roles.

3.2 Quiz Creation & Management
Admin shall be able to create quizzes with title, description, tags, and difficulty tier.
Admin should define mandatory question in a quiz
The system shall support multiple question types (MCQ, True/False, Short Answer, Numeric, Matching, Ordering, File Upload).
The system shall provide an editor to include images and tables in questions.
Questions shall be stored in a reusable question bank with version control.
The system shall allow randomization of question order and answer choices.
Admin shall define scoring rules, pass percentage, number of attempts allowed and date of completion.
The system shall allow different types of feedback (instant, end-of-quiz, or hidden).
Workflows shall support Draft- Review- Publish with reviewer approval.
All quiz changes shall be tracked with an audit log.
3.3 Quiz Delivery & User Experience
Users shall access quizzes via a secure link or company login.
Quizzes shall have a branded landing page with instructions, time limits, and privacy consent.
The quiz window cannot be opened on other tabs and must not allow working in the background.
The system shall provide progress tracking, autosave, and recovery if connection is lost.
Quizzes shall be accessible with WCAG standards (keyboard navigation, contrast, screen-reader support).
End-of-quiz screen shall show score, pass/fail status.
3.4 Attempts & Monitoring
The system shall allow retry until the user achieves 100% correct answers for all mandatory questions.
Admin shall set maximum attempts and scoring policies (highest, last, average) and compliance towards date of completion.
Real-time monitoring shall show users who are active, completed, or flagged for unusual activity (e.g., time anomalies).
Admin shall be able to see how many operators are completed the quiz in the defined timeline
Optional proctoring features may include fullscreen enforcement, tab-switch logging, and webcam snapshots (with consent).
3.5 Results & Analytics
Results shall include score, % correct, number of attempts, and time taken.
Reports shall be exportable to Excel/CSV/PDF.
Dashboards shall show KPIs such as completions, average score, pass rate, and average time.
Analysis shall highlight weak topics, hardest questions, and suggest areas of improvement and corrective actions.
The system shall support cohort comparisons and timelines of attempts.
3.6 Training Recommendations
If many users fail a critical SOP quiz, the system shall suggest individual/group retraining.
Alert to admin on users failing the quizzes to take immediate action and failing to meet the deadline.
Operators who fail compliance-critical quizzes shall be auto-enrolled in remedial training.
Feedback shall include explanations and references to relevant SOPs/videos.
3.7 Governance & Compliance
All content shall be labeled (e.g., SOP, Onboarding, Regulatory).
The system shall track who created, reviewed, and published each quiz.
Audit logs shall capture all edits and user activities.
3.8 Integrations
The system shall support email notifications (reminders, result summaries).
Webhooks for new SOPs created to update an existing quiz or create a new quiz.
The system shall allow API integration with other relevant applications such as Document Management Systems" (client-provided description)
