About the Project

We are building a fully AI-driven OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination) simulator for doctors. The platform should allow a medical student to interact with an AI “patient” in a clinical station — similar to real OSCE format. The AI should respond dynamically based on the student’s questions and communication skills.

Important Requirement:
The solution must be fully open-source. No paid AI API integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Azure, Anthropic, AWS AI).

1. AI Virtual Patient Interaction (Speech + Text)
• AI model plays the role of a patient (answers only what the patient would know)
• Student interacts by voice or text
