Shoppers must be able to leave verified customer reviews on every product page and reach us instantly through a built-in live chat widget. Beyond those two must-haves, I expect the usual fundamentals: modern, mobile-first design, secure checkout, inventory management, and the flexibility to run promotions without extra coding every time.

You’re free to recommend the platform—Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or another solution—as long as it meets the requirements and can scale with growing SKUs. If a theme is involved, it should be customized so the site looks unique to our brand, not like a stock template.
