Platform scope
The app must run smoothly on both iOS and Android. I am open to a native build or a shared-code solution such as Flutter or React Native—whichever delivers fast on-device processing and a premium user experience.

The analyzer has to do more than basic face detection. I need reliable metrics for:

Workflow

2. AI processes images instantly; numerical scores and colour-coded heatmaps appear.
3. Historical sessions are overlaid so we can swipe to compare progress.
4. With one tap we generate a clinic-branded PDF summarising results, images, charts, and recommendations.

Technical expectations
• On-device inference using TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, or similar for speed and privacy.
• Secure cloud back-end (HIPAA/GDPR compliant) for user auth, image storage, and data sync.
• Admin console to manage users, treatments, and templated report text.
• Source code, model training pipeline (or clear integration docs if you provide pre-trained models), and deployment scripts handed over at completion.

Acceptance criteria
• Analysis scores reproduce within ±5 % across identical images.
• PDF exports match clinic branding and remain under 2 MB.
• App loads first screen in <2 s on mid-range devices.
