"I want to roll out a purpose-built platform that lets me launch and manage high-volume SMS marketing campaigns from a single, intuitive dashboard. At its core the software must let me import or build contact lists, segment them easily, compose messages with merge tags for basic personalisation, schedule blasts, and see delivery status in real time. A straightforward opt-in/opt-out workflow that keeps me fully compliant with TCPA and similar regulations is essential.

The initial focus is on SMS, but I’d like the architecture to stay flexible so email or social-media channels could be added later without a full rewrite. A clean REST API and web-based admin panel (React or similar) will make that future expansion simpler.

Key deliverables
• Web app (front-end + back-end) ready to send SMS at scale via Twilio, Nexmo, or another reputable gateway you recommend.
