"The full design for Vila Properties is ready in Figma and every asset is organised; now I need the entire site rebuilt on WordPress and pushed live no later than 18 November. The finished product must be indistinguishable from the mock-ups, completely responsive, and score 90 + in Lighthouse with all Core Web Vitals in the green.

Performance is only part of the brief. The existing project API must be integrated securely and cached, every form has to feed straight into my GoHighLevel CRM, and I’m open to your recommendation on whether an API or webhook is the cleaner route. You’ll also set up solid on-page SEO from day one—schema, meta, XML sitemap, structured data—so the site is index-ready on launch.

Content will appear in English, Arabic (RTL), Swedish, Dutch and German. I want translations created or refined to the standard of ChatGPT quality—no raw machine output. Interactive sections are laid out in Figma and can be built with Elementor, Gutenberg or ACF; choose whichever delivers the smoothest UX without compromising speed.

The build happens on a staging environment first, then migrates to my current hosting when approved. SSL, CDN, GA4, Meta Pixel and Tag Manager must be fully configured, and the final site needs a transparent caching strategy.
