"I built a custom XML theme for my government-jobs and education site on Blogger. On desktop it renders exactly as intended, but the layout breaks on smaller viewports. I’m looking for an experienced Blogger-XML specialist (not WordPress) to carry out a focused round of fixes that makes the theme fluid across mobile, tablet, and desktop.

Key points to tackle
• Correct any responsive issues in the header, sidebar, posts, tables, menus, and other sections so everything lines up cleanly on small screens.
• Eliminate layout shifts that could violate AdSense policies.
• Reach a 90+ score on Google PageSpeed for mobile without sacrificing design.
• Preserve my existing dark / light mode toggle and be sure it transitions smoothly on every breakpoint.
• Validate changes in Chrome DevTools and on real devices; I currently test in Chrome on desktop, so your wider device lab will fill the gaps.
