"I am looking for an experienced R Shiny developer to reproduce two visualizations (attached as examples) and integrate them into a Shiny web application.

The goal is to dynamically generate:

A horizontal grouped bar chart similar to the first attached image, showing categories, subcategories, and values.

A radar chart (spider chart) similar to the second attached image, comparing “Urban” and “Rural” indicators across multiple dimensions.

The application should be fully reactive, meaning both graphs are automatically updated when the underlying dataset changes or when filters are applied.

Key Requirements:

Develop a user-friendly Shiny interface with sidebar controls (filters, variable selectors, etc.).

Create a reactive data source within the server (reactive() or reactiveFileReader()) to load and update the dataset dynamically.

Reproduce the exact style of the two provided graphs:

Bar chart (with grouped categories, subcategories, and separation lines).

Radar chart comparing Urban vs Rural data.

Use ggplot2 for the bar chart and fmsb or plotly for the radar chart.

Add minimal and elegant styling (using bslib or shinythemes).

Code must be clean, modular (ui.R, server.R or app.R structure), and well-commented.

Deliverables:

A fully functional Shiny application that reproduces both charts.

The app should run locally from app.R without additional setup.

Reactive data update functionality tested and working.
