"My site [login to view URL] runs on Laravel with a fully custom-built CMS. I need an experienced Laravel developer who can quickly tighten up a few loose ends and add new revenue-generating features.

First, please resolve the current download issue: the brochure and course syllabus PDFs should download flawlessly on every browser.

Next, I want a “Latest News & Photos” area that I can manage entirely from the CMS. It must let me post text updates, images and videos, and automatically create a dedicated page as well as show a short feed on the home page. The same configurable feed is required for an “AI Media” section.

Finally, create a brand-new webinar landing page. Visitors arriving from YouTube ads and other campaigns should see the event details, complete a simple registration form and pay right there. Integrate Razorpay as the payment gateway (other options are not required at this stage). Successful payment must trigger an email confirmation to the attendee and log their details inside the CMS dashboard for easy export.
