"I need a sharp, conversion-focused landing page for a Project Finance funding offer that will run exclusively on Google Ads. My priority is a clean, minimalistic aesthetic that guides visitors straight to a single action—submitting their details for financing.

Scope and expectations
• Produce the visual layout in both Figma and layered PSD so my team can reuse assets in future campaigns.
• Hand-code a responsive HTML/CSS page that mirrors the design pixel-perfectly on desktop and mobile. (Feel free to use Bootstrap, Tailwind, or vanilla CSS—whichever you handle best.)
• Embed a styled form section for lead capture; I’ll wire it up later, so a working front-end placeholder is enough for now.
• Highlight clear, action-oriented CTA buttons above the fold and again after the form.
• Omit all headers, footers, extra menus, pop-ups, or external ads—nothing should distract from the CTA.
• Optimize assets and code for fast load times to maintain Google Ads quality scores.
• Provide up to three quick revision rounds so we can fine-tune copy blocks, color accents, and spacing.
