I want to walk through it together in real time (screen-share) and strip it back to a clean, future-proof setup focused on workflow management. The main goal is to simplify the custom workflows already in place—no need to build new ones from scratch—so issues move smoothly through clear, minimal status transitions and the team can understand at a glance where every task stands.

What I need from you
• Review the existing board with me and pinpoint pain-points in the current custom workflows.
• Modify those workflows so they use the fewest practical columns and statuses without losing required checkpoints.
• Suggest or apply lightweight automation rules only if they directly support the simplified flow.
• Show me how to maintain the streamlined configuration for future projects.
