"I need a developer who is equally comfortable in Flutter (Web), Dart, JavaScript, OpenCV, and general automation to turn a data-heavy workflow into a functional web application.

[login to view URL] has accomplished the same thing using 24 hour circle charts and 7 day circle charts. We will have to build on it to allow for 24 hour, 7 day, 8 day, 16 day, and 31 day charts.

Here is what I’m aiming for:

• Automated data collection
- The app should pull image data from FireBase database
- Basic error handling and logging are a must so I can monitor failed pulls at a glance.

• Processing layer with OpenCV
- Once data lands, images must be pre-processed and analysed through OpenCV to automatically plot points, find color points and record the time, percentage, and xy image coordinates.

• Custom reporting dashboard
- After processing, summary metrics and key visuals should appear in a clean, responsive dashboard built with Flutter Web.
- Users need the option to download reports as PDF or CSV and filter by date, source, or status.

Workflow & deliverables
1. Brief technical outline covering architecture, libraries, and hosting choice.

4. Final hand-off with source code, deployment instructions, and basic unit tests.

Tech notes
• Backend must be Firebase
• CI/CD or simple automation scripts (GitHub Actions, Bash, etc.) will help keep deployments painless.
• Documentation is just as important to me as the code; comment clearly and include a concise README.
