"I’m ready to launch a customer-facing ordering app for my retail gas-station store and need a developer who can deliver native iOS and Android apps plus a responsive Web version—all tied to one secure back-end.

Core scope
• User accounts: email-and-password registration, login, password reset.
• Product flow: browsable menus for Deli Food, Snacks, Drinks, a dedicated Promotion section, and a “Deal of the Day” spotlight.
• Cart & checkout: in-app credit/debit card payments (gateway of your choice, PCI-compliant).
• Order tracking: instant confirmation screen and automated status updates (e.g., “in preparation,” “ready for pickup”).
• Basic store settings: ability for me to update items, prices, images, and deals without touching code.
• Clean, modern UI consistent across all three platforms.

Tech expectations
Native Swift / Kotlin or robust cross-platform tech such as Flutter or React Native is fine—just keep performance smooth. Web can share the same API. Please secure all endpoints, follow best practices for data encryption, and document the code so I can maintain it later.

Deliverables
