"I need a small, modern site for my mortgage business and I need it fast. The build is limited to three pages that must reflect the logo and colour palette I’ll supply:

• Home – a clean, modern hero section featuring a concise Business Overview
• About Us – our story, values, and expertise
• Contact Us – straightforward form linked to my email plus basic details (phone, address, map)

The style should be modern and sleek throughout: crisp typography, ample white space, subtle on-scroll effects if they add polish, fully responsive, and quick to load. WordPress, Webflow, or a lightweight static setup all work, provided I can easily edit copy later.

SEO-ready titles and meta tags, favicon, SSL, and a short hand-off guide are part of the deliverable. Placeholders for any text or imagery I haven’t supplied yet are fine; I’ll swap them in after launch.
