"I run a wedding & events music agency called XO Sounds. Each week I reformat detailed client booking briefs into simple, tidy artist briefs for our performers.

The client briefs have long questions like: "What time can the artists access the venue?" ; the artist version just needs: "Access time".

I want a Keyboard Maestro macro (Mac only) that does this automatically, so I can copy a client brief, hit one shortcut, and instantly paste the clean artist version.

WHAT THE MACRO SHOULD DO:

- Read clipboard text (the copied client brief).

- Replace long questions with short labels using a mapping list I’ll supply.

- Format the output neatly, including: bold labels, clear section headings, consistent spacing and divider lines.

- Apply consistent text styling to the output – e.g. client answers in Poppins extra light, size 11). The final paste should retain this formatting automatically (rich text paste or quick style step).

- If a song in the brief includes a Spotify URL, replace the full link with the text “(link here)” and make that text a clickable hyperlink to the Spotify track.

- Handle different package types – i.e. when I run the macro, it should ask which package:
Full (Ceremony + Canapés + Reception) / Ceremony + Canapés / Canapés + Reception / Reception only – it should then include or skip sections automatically based on that choice.

- Handle unmapped questions safely – i.e. if a question isn’t recognised, do not delete it. Add it to a final section titled "UNMAPPED / PLEASE REVIEW", prefixed with "[Unmapped]". Insert a note at the top:
"Note: 2 unmapped items were found — see end of document." (Optional) Prompt me to create a short label for new questions and save it for next time.

- Copy the final formatted version back to the clipboard so I can paste it straight into Google Docs.

WHAT I'LL PROVIDE:

- A sample artist brief (the goal layout)

- A mapping spreadsheet (long question → short label)

- One working .kmmacros file ready to import

- A short Loom/video showing how to run it and how to add new mappings
