"Lead Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Workload: Full-time
Contract duration: 3–9 months
Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00

About the work
You will work closely with the founding team in the initial months, gradually taking ownership of key infrastructure components. This role places you at the center of performance, scalability, and reliability — ensuring our systems thrive under heavy, live traffic with ultra-low latency requirements.
You’ll design, automate, and maintain large-scale distributed databases and monitoring systems capable of handling millions of data points per second. Automation is our culture — if something needs to be repeated, you’ll automate it. You’ll also collaborate daily with the backend team and partners to deliver top-tier, reliable services in production environments.

Tech Stack & Required Skills
• Strong understanding of system architecture and software development
• Proficiency in at least one low-level language — ideally Rust or Go
• Strong experience with monitoring and alerting tools
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes and automated scaling
• Proven skills in cloud infrastructure — AWS and/or GCP
• Experience managing distributed databases (e.g., ScyllaDB)
• Ability to automate CI/CD pipelines, database management, and cluster operations
• Hands-on experience in designing high-throughput systems and performance optimization
• Strong collaboration skills, especially with backend and DevOps teams
• Excellent command of English and French
