"I’m looking for a skilled C# developer who is comfortable working with DevExpress WinForms or WPF controls to build a desktop application tailored to a construction company’s day-to-day operations. We do not yet have a database, so part of the job is designing and implementing a fresh SQL Server schema and wiring it into the app.

Core expectations
• Create a clean project structure in Visual Studio with DevExpress UI components.
• Design and build a new SQL Server database, including tables, keys, and seed data that support typical construction-sector workflows (think project records, material lists, staff assignments, etc.).
• Implement data access (Entity Framework or your preferred ORM) and clear CRUD screens.
• Deliver well-commented code, a database script, and a brief setup guide so we can deploy internally.

Scope is intentionally open at this stage; we’ll refine functions such as project management, inventory tracking, and employee scheduling together once the foundation is in place.
