"I’m looking for a skilled team that can craft an integrated ERP ecosystem to make our poultry trading operation completely paperless and fully transparent, from farm gate to final payment.

Scope in a nutshell
• Sales & Collection Apps – Android, built for field staff with Tamil/English labels. Must work offline, sync when connectivity returns, let users scan QR codes on crates, and attach quick voice-note updates on each visit. Geo-tag every transaction so head office can trace routes.
• Customer App – Android and responsive Web front end so retailers can place daily orders, review live ledger balances, and pay instantly through UPI deep links.
• Web ERP – Browser-based admin portal that shows live sales, purchase, stock, and collection dashboards, plus basic CRM tracking.
• Super-Admin (SaaS) Panel – One console to spin up new companies, manage roles, limit user access, and brand each tenant separately.

Essential integrations
– WhatsApp Cloud API to push invoices, payment reminders, and ledger summaries automatically.
– Automated PDF / Excel ledger sharing.
– GPS capture for each field entry.
– UPI & QR code generation for one-tap payments.

Deliverables
1. Source code (I’m flexible if the stack is robust and maintainable).
2. Structured database schema and migration scripts.
3. REST/GraphQL APIs with token-based security.
4. Deployment guides for Play Store, web server, and cloud database.
5. Two rounds of post-launch refinements and a brief hand-over training session.

Success criteria
• All critical flows—order capture, collection entry, ledger update—must complete in under three taps.
• Sync conflicts handled gracefully; no data loss when switching networks.
• Admin can see real-time P&L and outstanding amounts without exporting sheets.
• Field staff can operate the app entirely in Tamil if preferred.
