"Project Brief – Car Wash Subscription & Partner Platform (Mobile + Web)

Overview

I’m looking for a development team or experienced freelancer to build a Car Wash Subscription Platform (mobile app + web admin panel) that connects multiple car wash businesses under one network.

The goal is to allow users to subscribe monthly and wash their cars at any partner car wash within the network, verified through a QR code system

Key Features

1. User App (iOS + Android)
• User registration & login.
• Choose and purchase a monthly or annual subscription plan.
• Locate nearby partner car washes (map view).
• QR Code System:
• Each user has a unique QR code in their app (linked to their subscription).
• When visiting a partner car wash, the car wash staff scans the QR code to confirm and log the service utilization.
• View wash history, remaining washes, and subscription status.
• Payment integration (BenefitPay, Stripe GCC, or similar).
• Multi-language: English + Arabic.

2. Partner App or Web Portal
• Partner registration & login.
• Ability to scan user QR codes using the app’s camera or a web QR scanner to confirm each wash.
• Record successful washes automatically in the system.
• View transaction history, usage reports, and earnings.

3. Admin Dashboard (Web)
• Manage users, partners, subscriptions, and payments.
• Approve/reject partner applications.
• Define and update subscription plans.
• Monitor service usage via QR confirmations (full tracking of where and when each wash occurred).
• Manage commissions, payouts, and analytics.
• Control branding and configurations.

Technical Requirements
• Fully White Label (custom logo, name, and colors).
• Scalable backend (Node.js, Laravel, or similar).
