• Set up a simple page structure I can expand later (e.g., placeholder sections for About or Services, but no extra content is required now).
• Deliver the site on a well-supported CMS or lightweight custom code—WordPress, static HTML, or any approach that keeps future edits simple.

Deliverables

2. Brief setup/hand-off notes so I can update text and images on my own.
