Scope

• Integrate the design into a straightforward CMS so I can update copy and media without touching code.
• Optimise loading speed and accessibility; minimalism must be matched by fast performance and WCAG-friendly markup.
• Stage the site on a test domain and handle migration to production after approval.

A fully functional website ready for launch, zipped source files, and a concise hand-over guide explaining day-to-day content updates.

Acceptance criteria
1. Visual style matches agreed wireframes: generous whitespace, limited colour palette, zero decorative clutter.
