"I run a mobile phone retail shop and need a cohesive digital solution that covers both point-of-sale and online presence. On the Android side, I’m looking for a billing app that lets my staff quickly create invoices while automatically updating:

• Inventory management – real-time stock levels, low-stock alerts, and barcode scanning support
• Customer database – add new shoppers on the fly, view purchase history, and enable loyalty notes
• Sales reporting – daily, weekly, and monthly summaries with export to CSV/PDF

The companion website should mirror key data (inventory, customer accounts, and sales dashboards) and present a clean, minimalist look that feels fast on both desktop and mobile browsers. A simple storefront or catalogue section is enough right now; the priority is a lightweight interface that’s easy to navigate and ties directly into the shared database.

I expect:

1. Wireframes or visual mock-ups for approval before development
2. A functional prototype of the Android app, followed by a polished, production-ready APK
3. Website built with a modern framework (React, Vue, or similar) and deployed on my hosting
4. Source code, clear documentation, and a brief hand-off session so my team can maintain basic tasks
