"A recent website update broke the way each product’s “Sold” tally is calculated. Right now every listing stubbornly shows “Sold: 0” even after I approve new orders. I need that figure to increment the moment an order is marked approved in the admin panel and refresh on the storefront without delay.

While you are in the codebase, I also want to add a lightweight review feature. A customer-facing popup should ask for feedback at both purchase confirmation and actual delivery confirmation, encouraging real reviews. On the back end I need a simple form where I can seed the catalogue with my own entries—select any product, type any name, choose a star rating, and enter custom text. Those admin-added testimonials must blend with genuine ones and display in straight chronological order.

The site is built on Laravel/PHP, so please keep your solution native, clean, and easy to maintain.
