"I want to launch a lean, proof-of-concept ride-hailing application—think Rapido or Uber, but trimmed to the essentials—that works on both iOS and Android.

The first build must include:
• Real-time GPS tracking so riders can follow driver location and ETA.
• An in-app payment gateway for seamless fare collection (UPI, cards, or any widely supported option).
• A driver-and-passenger rating flow that appears once each trip ends.

That’s the full feature set for now. If a lightweight admin panel is absolutely necessary to support these functions, let me know the simplest, most budget-friendly approach; otherwise, we can defer it to a later phase.

Use any modern, cross-platform stack you can maintain confidently—Flutter, React Native, or a native pair (Kotlin + Swift) are all fine. Hand-over items I need:
• Clean, well-commented source code in a version-controlled repo
• Setup instructions that let me build and run the app locally
• A short video or screenshots proving the three core features work end-to-end
