I’m looking for a developer–designer who can create a complete website for properties from the ground up. The site must include core features: a property listing section, intuitive search and filtering, and an agent contact form that forwards inquiries straight to contact

Because I have no text or images prepared, part of the assignment is to source or create royalty-free photos and craft short, engaging descriptions for an initial set of sample listings. Once the site is live, I need to be able to replace these placeholders easily, so please build on a mainstream CMS such as WordPress, Webflow, or a similarly platform.

• Fully responsive design that looks great on desktop and mobile
