"I’m launching the first iteration of a mobile application and need it ready for both Android and iOS from day one. The entire scope for this milestone is focused on one critical feature set: a secure, streamlined registration / login flow.

Here’s what I expect in this build:
• A clean onboarding screen that lets new users create an account with email (and social sign-in if it fits your stack).
• Robust authentication, password reset, and basic profile storage in a lightweight backend or cloud service.
• Smooth performance on recent versions of Android and iOS, compiled either with a cross-platform framework such as Flutter or React Native, or fully native code—use whatever you’re fastest with while keeping future feature additions in mind.

Once this core is signed off, I’ll open additional phases that may introduce maps, real-time location tracking, or in-app payments, so clean architecture and clear documentation now are a must.

Hand-off deliverables: the full source code, build instructions, and a brief README that outlines how to configure the authentication provider. If everything installs and logs in on my test devices without errors, the milestone is complete.
