"Project overview

I want to build a web platform that solves a major problem in the European construction market:
when a customer wants to hire a construction worker or company for a large project (like building a house), neither side fully trusts the other.

The customer is afraid to pay in advance, fearing the worker will disappear.

The worker is afraid to finish the job without payment, fearing the customer won’t pay.

My platform will act as a trusted third party (escrow service) between both sides — guaranteeing payment for the worker and security for the customer.

How it should work
1. Registration

Both parties (customer and contractor) can register and create an account.
Each user has a verified profile with basic information (name, company, contact, etc.).

2. Creating a deal

When a customer finds a contractor, they click “Create a deal.”
The contractor reviews it and confirms.

Then both sides must describe the project in detail:

Scope of work

Materials / quality expectations

Deadlines / milestones

Total price

Payment schedule (optional)

The system will require them to fill in all details before continuing (to avoid vague agreements).

3. AI Contract Generator

Once both sides describe what they agreed on,
an AI system automatically rewrites their textinto a structured, professional contract in clear language.

Both parties can review the generated contract, and then digitally sign it.

4. Payment

After signing, the customer transfers money to the escrow account (our platform).
The funds are securely held until both parties confirm that the job is done as agreed.

5. Completion

When the contractor finishes the work:

The customer reviews it.

If both confirm the completion → the payment is released to the contractor.

Our platform automatically takes a small commission (%) from the transaction.

6. Disputes

If there’s a disagreement:

Either party can open a dispute.

The platform will handle the process (by reviewing evidence and messages).

A fair decision will be made according to the contract and platform rules.
