​I need a simple "micro-software" (MVP) to solve a huge problem for online sellers.
The project is called "SureToken".
​The Goal:
To create a simple web-app that allows sellers on Marketplace, [login to view URL], and [login to view URL] to fight "time-wasters" (people who schedule an appointment to see an object, like a bicycle, and then never show up).
​The Business Model (How it works):
1. The Seller (selling a bicycle) asks the Buyer to lock a "SureToken" (a guarantee) to confirm the appointment.
2. The Seller can choose 3 Tiers of guarantee: €1.00, €2.50, or €5.00.
3. Scenario A (No-Show): The Buyer doesn't arrive. The Seller keeps the "SureToken" (minus our commission).
4. Scenario B (Show - The "Reward"): The Buyer arrives. The "SureToken" is used as a discount on the final price (e.g., they pay €5 less).
5. Our Commission: The "SureToken" platform (this software) takes a FIXED €1.00 commission in both scenarios (A or B), because we provided the "certainty" service.

​MVP Specifications (The 3 Core Areas)

* Must be able to create a "Pact" link.
* He must input: Title (e.g., "Bicycle Sale"), Rules (a text field, e.g., "Price €100, not negotiable"), and choose the "SureToken" amount (€1.00, €2.50, or €5.00).
* He needs a simple Dashboard to see his active links and any "disputes".

* Buyer clicks the link generated by the Seller.
* He sees the Seller's "Rules".
* He must check a box: "I accept the rules".
* He pays/locks the €1.00 / €2.50 / €5.00 (simple Stripe or PayPal integration is needed).
​3. Arbitration Area (For the Admin - YOU):
* This is the most important part. If there is a dispute (e.g., the Seller says "he didn't show up"), both users can open a "ticket" and upload 1 single proof (a video or a screenshot).
* The Admin (you) must see the ticket and have two simple buttons:
* [Resolve for Seller]: The system sends (Total Token - €1.00) to the Seller.
* [Resolve for Buyer]: The system sends (Total Token - €1.00) back to the Buyer.
* (The €1.00 commission always stays with the platform).
