"I’m building an online form that takes simple text inputs, performs basic arithmetic—add, subtract, multiply, divide—and then pushes both the raw answers and the calculated results into a neatly formatted PDF.

Here’s what I need from you:
• A responsive web form (desktop + mobile) with clear, validated text fields.
• Real-time or on-submit arithmetic so users immediately see totals.
• A server-side script that maps every input and calculated value to the correct fields in my existing PDF template.
• Automatic PDF generation/download for the user plus a copy emailed to a configurable address.
• Clean, well-documented code and brief hand-over instructions so I can adjust labels or add fields in the future.

Tech stack is flexible—JavaScript with Node, Python/Flask, or PHP are all fine as long as the final solution is stable and easy for me to host. If you prefer a library like pdf-lib, FPDF, or ReportLab, just let me know why you’d choose it.
