"I’m looking for a developer who can deliver a complete event-ticket management platform—from planning to deployment. The system will manage event tickets only and must include the following core features:

• Interactive seat selection with real-time availability updates
• Mobile ticketing (wallet-ready QR or bar-code passes)
• Automated event reminders by email and push/SMS
• A secure user dashboard where buyers can view, transfer, or re-download tickets
• Stripe integration for payments, refunds, and recurring payouts to organizers

To fit our flow, the solution should be responsive, optimized for high-traffic launches, and built on a stack that is easy to maintain (Laravel, Node.js, Django, or a comparable framework—your recommendation is welcome). Clean code, clear documentation, and a staging link for acceptance testing are must-haves.

Deliverables expected:
1. Fully functional web app with admin and user portals
