"I’m ready to bring my taxi business into the on-demand era with a fully featured ride-hailing app that works seamlessly on both iOS and Android. What matters most to me is giving passengers a smooth way to book a ride, watch their driver approach in real time, and pay effortlessly—all from a single, intuitive interface.

On the driver side, I need tools that let each driver create and update a profile, accept or decline rides, view trip history, and track daily earnings. A simple web-based admin console to oversee vehicles, fares, and live trips would round out the system.

Core scope and deliverables
• Passenger app (iOS & Android): ride booking, real-time driver tracking, integrated payments (card or wallet), ride history, push notifications.
• Driver app (iOS & Android): profile management, live ride requests, navigation launch, earnings dashboard, status toggles.
• Cloud back-end & admin panel: user management, vehicle/driver onboarding, trip monitoring, fare settings, basic analytics.

I’m open to the tech stack—native Swift/Kotlin or a cross-platform framework like Flutter or React Native—as long as performance is solid and future updates stay manageable. Clean, modern UI and straightforward user flows are important; I’ll supply brand colours and logos once we start.
