"My Magento-based store has been live for more than a year and has yet to record a single sale. I have experimented with basic on-page SEO—tweaking meta tags and publishing blog posts—but traffic remains flat and conversions are non-existent. At this point I’m unsure whether the stumbling block is design, product copy, checkout flow, site speed, or something else entirely, so I need an experienced eye to diagnose the real problem and map out an actionable fix.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A full technical and UX audit of the current Magento build, from homepage to checkout.
• Clear, prioritized recommendations that address traffic generation and conversion issues—think design tweaks, copy improvements, SEO gaps, performance bottlenecks, or configuration errors.
• A concise roadmap I can follow (or have you implement later) with estimated impact and effort for each action item.

I’ll provide admin access, Google Analytics, and any other data you need. If you rely on tools like PageSpeed Insights, Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar, let me know—whatever uncovers the real blockers is welcome.
