"I’m building a specialist recruitment platform that connects nurses with hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions. The project covers both a cross-platform mobile app for nurses and a web landing page that doubles as the entry point for employers.

The nurse-facing app must let users create accounts, post and edit their CVs, manage every section of their professional profile, and receive real-time job alerts. Push notifications and in-app messaging should feel seamless and secure.

On the employer side, I need a clean sign-up/login flow that leads to a dashboard where recruiters can browse candidates and filter them instantly by skills & qualifications, experience level, and location. Speed and intuitive navigation are essential—hiring managers should reach the right profile in just a few clicks.

The landing page has three key goals: display the main benefits for nurses, offer a public job search bar, and provide a prominent employer login/sign-up gateway. It must be modern, responsive, and optimised for conversions.
