"I’m looking for an experienced Minecraft developer to help build a long-term mythology-themed server called Project G.
The server will run on seasonal storylines inspired by mythologies like Norse, Greek, Egyptian, and more. Player actions will permanently shape the world and determine future seasons.

Requirements
• Ability to create large-scale, multi-phase boss fights themed around different mythologies
• Server-wide PvE events that trigger once per month and permanently change the season’s direction
• Systems for victory/defeat outcomes that alter the map, buffs, debuffs, and lore
• Features for dynamic world-state changes (e.g., heaven vs. hell season depending on results)
• Fully balanced Arena mode with equalized stats and preset loadouts
• Player-driven progression system with credit rewards, economy hooks, and POS marketplace
• Integration with a website API for leaderboards, history logs, and event outcomes

Ideal Skills & Experience
• Strong Minecraft server development background (Spigot/Paper/Modded acceptable)
• Proven experience building custom bosses, AI behaviors, multi-phase mechanics, and large scripted events
• Understanding of mythology themes and ability to design unique boss concepts
• Ability to create balanced, engaging PvE combat for experienced players
• Familiarity with economy plugins, player shops, and credit/currency systems
• Experience working with APIs or webhooks for syncing data to a website
• Past work on servers involving:
• Seasonal content
• World-altering events
• Lore systems
• Leaderboards or arena systems

Bonus
• Skills in map development or custom world generation for seasonal biomes
• Ability to build cosmetic systems (chromas, skins, pets)
• Experience integrating community voting or event-influence mechanics
