i have hired someone who did the task as per said but the logic is not good and he break my website and application to conflic etc.

I have attached a doc and i need only front end website and i don't need back backend website to be translated only front end when switch it come to english or french.

You only put the logic and all user friendly for me and there is section on my backend admin panel where you see how its done in doc then add the boxes and i will fill up the details.
