"I’m upgrading my Roblox emergency-services roleplay experience and need a skilled Roblox developer who can handle both scripting and world-building.

First, I want two working scripts dropped straight into the current game:
• A car spawner that opens a clean vehicle-selection menu, lets players choose from our emergency fleet, and supports easy editing of spawn locations or model lists through a simple table so I can tweak it later without touching the core code.
• A team changer that instantly moves players into Police, Fire, EMS or Civilians, updating uniforms and permissions the moment they switch.

Beyond the code, I’m expanding the map. I have the base city ready; you will create a brand-new town on the far side of the map and link it with a multi-lane motorway. Terrain, basic buildings, lighting and smooth teleport/streaming zones all need to feel seamless with the existing style.

Everything must be written in clean Lua, organised for future edits in Roblox Studio, and fully tested in a live server to confirm:
• Vehicles spawn every time with no clipping or duplicate issues.
• Team swaps apply instantly and respect current gamepass checks.
• The motorway connects without invisible walls or physics hiccups.
• The new town loads without memory spikes and keeps performance above 60 FPS on standard devices.
