"I want to create a modular, browser-based accounting application aimed at small- and medium-sized businesses. The flow and usability should feel as intuitive as Odoo, yet the solution must be fully tailored to our own processes and branding.

Core modules needed from the very first release:
• Invoicing & billing
• Expense tracking
• Financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow)
• Inventory management
• Procurement / purchase orders
• Payroll

Everything should live in a single database with role-based access control, real-time dashboards, and audit logs to keep the figures trustworthy.

Integration requirements:
• Direct feeds from standard Banking APIs for automatic statement imports and reconciliation
• Payment gateway hooks so customers can settle invoices online
• Two-way sync with our existing CRM through its public API

Technical expectations: the stack is up to you as long as it is web-native, container-friendly (Docker/Kubernetes), and offers a clear REST or GraphQL interface for future extensions. Please outline any frameworks, open-source components, or third-party libraries you plan to leverage.

Deliverables
1. Working MVP deployed to a test URL
2. Full source code in a private Git repository with setup instructions
3. User and admin guides (PDF or Markdown)

Acceptance criteria
• All listed modules function end-to-end with sample data
• Financial reports export cleanly to PDF and Excel
