"Our company is looking for an officer who can help the shipping tasks, customer service, and listing for an online shop.

8 hours work per day (Saturday & Sunday)

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing shipments: Prepare orders for shipment using our system
- Tracking deliveries: Monitor shipment status and update customers, file claims online via post office
- Managing inventory: Keep accurate inventory records.
- Listing on Amazon, Walmart, : Create and manage product listings with A+Content, able to use Photoshop or AI to edit photos.
- Create FBA shipping on Amazon: Create FBA shipment on Amazon
- Customer service: Handle inquiries and resolve issues.


Ideal Skills:
- Experience with words, excel, Photoshop
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
- Strong organization and communication skills
