"We need a straightforward, professional website that lets visitors learn about our desktop software and download it in just a few clicks. The main goal is to promote and sell the product, so the site must showcase key benefits, screenshots, and a clear call-to-action on every page.


Content structure
* About Us – a concise overview with space for a photo or hero banner.
* Products – a section that highlights our offerings with a short blurb and optional icon. A download button on the product section for visitors to download our software applications.
* Contact Information – phone, email, address, social media handles icons.

Design & build notes
* It is very important for the website to be Search Engine Optimized.
* Purely front-end: HTML5, CSS3 or Bootstrap 5.
* Responsive and cross-browser friendly down to mobile.
* Optimized images and clean, well-commented code so future edits are straightforward.
* A prominent “Download” button that delivers the installer directly.
* Simple download-tracking set up (Google Analytics event, WordPress plugin, or a lightweight script) so I can see exactly how many times the file is pulled.
* Easy content management—WordPress, Webflow, or another user-friendly CMS is fine as long as I can update copy and add new builds without touching code.


SEO Notes for developer
* Basic SEO metadata and schema so the product can be discovered organically.
* Use semantic HTML tags: <header>, <nav>, <main>, <section>, <footer>.
* Headings: H1 for main headline, H2 for sections, H3 for subsections.
* Meta tags: <title> and <meta description> for each page.
* Alt text for all images.
* Clean URLs (e.g., /about-us, /products).


Deliverables
* All assets delivered as a zipped folder with deployment instructions.
* Production-ready one-page site (.html, .css, any assets).
* Organized source files and a brief hand-off note explaining folder structure and where to update text/images.
* We already have a domain, the website developer needs to host the website to our GCP account.


Acceptance criteria
1. Layout matches the agreed wireframe and looks consistent on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and mobile browsers.
2. All internal links functioning correctly.
3. Page should pass basic Google Lighthouse performance and accessibility audits.


We will supply the logo, and installer file. You hand over a fully functional site, and a short walkthrough on how to update future versions.
