"I’m looking to have a focused customer-interaction tool built that helps my team manage sales and marketing activities in one place. The core of the software should make it simple to:

• Run email campaigns—create templates, schedule sends, and track open/click rates.
• Capture and track leads—record every prospect’s details, status, and activity history from first touch to conversion.
• Integrate with major social media channels—pull in comments and messages, and let us publish or schedule posts without leaving the dashboard.

A clean, web-based interface with role-based access is ideal so my sales and marketing staff can jump in without heavy training. If you prefer a specific tech stack (for example, React + Node, Laravel, or Django), mention it up front—scalability and straightforward maintenance are important.

The first delivery should be a working prototype that covers the three features above end-to-end. Once we review and confirm the flow, we can iterate on reporting, user permissions, and UI polish. Clear, well-commented code and brief setup instructions are a must so my internal IT can deploy on our server.
