"I’m building Kolaborasi, a cloud-based project-management platform aimed at tech freelancers, and I need an experienced developer who can deliver a solid MVP. The first release must let a user create and reorder a simple task list, open a comment thread on any task for quick collaboration, and start or stop manual time tracking tied to each individual task.

Beyond those three essentials, the app should also prepare the ground for budgeting, calendar alignment, and team chat. That means clean endpoints and a modular front end ready to plug into Google Calendar and Slack once keys are supplied. A responsive UI, secure authentication, and a database schema that can scale from solo freelancers to small teams are non-negotiable.

Deliverables – all code in a Git repo:
• Web-based MVP with simple task list, per-task comments, and manual time tracker working end-to-end
• REST or GraphQL API, fully documented
• Basic budgeting module stubbed (create, edit, report)
• Hooks or services for Google Calendar & Slack, proven with a test call
• Dockerised deployment script plus one-click cloud deploy guide

Acceptance criteria: unit tests pass, endpoints documented in OpenAPI, demo user can create a project, add tasks, record time, leave comments, and export a CSV time log without errors.
